Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.

Conditions for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or worn innerwear items are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not offered. To exchange a product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact 123@gmail.com immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
  • A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, worn, or washed innerwear products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products without original packaging or missing tags.
